This is a work file (unfinished version) to make a server game cleaner.
It does clean dead pilots after one day, 
remove the queues, 
check if a player as not been playing since a long time, if so it does
makes its property for sale again...

It should work for U2.04, U3.00b4 and U3.00b5. 

But it is clearly not finished !!! I do mainly release this to make 
the source code availabe. Some hackers might find it very interesting.

I've tried to document it properly.
